Fiber Moulds

Uses of fibre moulds
Fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) (also called fiber-reinforced polymer, or fiber-reinforced plastic) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres are usually glass (in fibreglass), carbon (in carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer), aramid, or basalt. A rigid structure is usually used to establish the shape of FRP components. Parts can be laid up on a flat surface referred to as a "caul plate" or on a cylindrical structure referred to as a "mandrel". However, most fibre-reinforced plastic parts are created with a mold or "tool." Molds can be concave female molds, male molds, or the mold can completely enclose the part with a top and bottom mold.

Aiswarya Industries ensures that latest technologies are used in the manufacturing of our products. They are always bio degradable and/ or recyclable, reducing the load to the environment from the usage of the products. The FRP moulds that Aiswarya manufactures are the best in the market for the most competitive price point. Some of their strengths are discussed below.

⦁ Moulds are easy to handle by hand
⦁ The concrete tiles can be easily pushed out of the mold post setting
⦁ Eco-friendly to use and for bio-degradable on disposal.
⦁ Strong, durable and flexible compared to pvc and plastic molds
⦁ Future Pre Casting molds have Synthetic coating which is
⦁ Easier to de-mold by hand
⦁ Gives enviably mirror finish to the pre-cast blocks or tiles
⦁ Gives a non-stick feature to the mold keeping maintenance and cleaning on re-use simple and cheap
⦁ Reduces erosion from various reasons
⦁ wear resistant
⦁ Efficient and effective operational Strength
